NexStep PT is hiring full-time Doctors of Physical Therapy for an outpatient + virtual telehealth role across metro Atlanta.

THE ROLE

Hybrid: in-person care at one of six Atlanta-metro clinic locations (Cumming, Marietta, Conyers, Lawrenceville, Riverdale, or Gainesville) plus virtual visits across Georgia. You pick your primary site — we build out the clinic space at whichever of the six is closest to where you live. The commute drives the location, not the other way around.

You'll treat the full outpatient spectrum: orthopedic, sports injury, spine, balance and vestibular, manual therapy, and personal-injury rehab. The patient mix is strong from day one because of an established medical referral pipeline.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

— $100,000 base salary, plus KPI performance bonus once metrics are established (up to $125,000 total annual potential)
— $15,000 sign-on bonus
— $2,500/year continuing-education stipend

— Reasonable caseloads built for sustainable, one-on-one care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
— Licensed or license-eligible in Georgia
— Open to all experience levels — new graduates and experienced PTs both welcome
— Comfortable with both in-person and virtual care
— Strong communicator with patients and referring providers
— Experience with outpatient ortho, sports rehab, post-surgical, or PI rehab is a plus
