Finding the clinic
We're inside the Medical Center building at 925 River Centre Place, the first brick building on the right. Park in either the lot directly before the building or on the opposite side of the building; handicap spaces are available. Come in through the white doors and check in at the front desk and ask for NexStep PT. The building is wheelchair accessible. What should I bring to my first visit if I come in person?
A photo ID and wear clothes you can move in. Your new patient portal is texted to you prior to the appointment and should be completed before arriving for your first visit.
